Minimum Spend (exclusive from 7%VAT and 10%Service charge) 

  • Mon-Thu : 30,000 baht
  • Fri-Sat : 40,000 baht
  • 24.12. 2024 - 04.01.2025 : 50,000 baht

Deposit Policy

  • 15,000 baht upon confirmation 
  • Non refundable deposit
  • Changing date and time please email or LINE us

Corkage Policy (exclusive from 7%VAT and 10%Service charge) 

  • Wine 1500 baht 
  • Liquors 2500 baht 

Extra Hour Policy (exclusive from 7%VAT and 10%Service charge) 

  • Extra charge 5,000/hr after 12am

Music band/DJ

  • DJ controller & Speaker available for rental at 5,000 baht
  • Hosting of Large music band (4 or more person) at 5,000 baht 
  • If you require a DJ/Music Band, please email or LINE us to enquire 

Decoration

  • We allow the decorater/organizer to enter the premise from 1pm on the day of the private event 
  • If you require decoration service please email or LINE us to enquire

Parking

  • Valet parking at OFTR bar will charge 100baht/car (valet service is operated by OFTR bar)
  • Valet parking do not accept large vans and you will be required to find your own parking in Soi 31.
