Francisco Castillo making history as the first Chilean chef to cook at the Chef Counter ! 🇨🇱 A native of Santiago in Chile, Francisco has held some of the coolest positions in the Latin-America kitchen being the Sous chef at both Borago and Central as well as being head chef at Amelia in San Sebastián.
