About the event
Wake me up when September starts with Marcin Król taking over the hobs for both the A la carte and Tasting menu format. Marcin kicked off his culinary career when he landed a job at none other than Copenhagen’s Noma while still in his teens leaving his native Poland in order to travel the world and learn from the best. After a little over a year in Copenhagen a little travel and a brief failed attempt at university ensued, but all ended well as he ended up taking up the role of executive sous chef at Chile’s legendary Borago at just 21 years old. After his Chilean adventure stints at Oaxen Krog and Paris’ Chateaubriand followed as well as a few stages along the way. What followed was a big move to Asia to be part of the opening team of Inua in Tokyo. Marcin’s most recent endeavour saw him running the Parisian favourite “Maison” for the past 3 years, where daily changing menus and the championing of small producers took centre stage. Now on a mission of his own Marcin is currently cooking all over the world at different locations making his own stamp with his own brand of hyper seasonal produce driven cooking.
