Noah & Matthias

To close the monsoon season out this year is none other than Noah Muscat @noahfrommalta and Matthias @vigsoe_93 from the cold windy waters of Denmark 🇩🇰 

Sharing a passion to the nordic kitchen, Noah and Mathias first crossed paths in 2019 when joining Restaurant Barr, Noma’s sister restaurant in Copenhagen ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Both chefs started as chef de parties, and while Mathias remained and became a quintessential part of the kitchen at Barr, Noah moved on to seek new challenges at the two Michelin star Jordnær ⭐️ ⭐️ 

They reunited at spring 2021 as the new head Chef’s at Barr. Restaurant Barr @barrcph seeks to explore the dining culture of Scandinavia. Utilizing seasonal, local ingredients with traditional pickling techniques.

Mathias holds the headchef position til this day, and Noah is the assistant head chef at 1 Michelin star Marchal  at Hotel D’Angleterre in Copenhagen.

We welcome the duo with open arms to reunite again in the kitchen at Chenin chef counter for 3 nights only from 29 September to 1 October.
