Savage is a restaurant from Executive chef Andrea Selvaggini (formerly of Maaemo ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and Quique Dacosta ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ) and Head chef Sebastiano Campanelli (formerly of Mana and man behind the curtains). The restaurant also received their first ever Michelin star ⭐️ within 7 months of opening, a truly impressive achievement. The restaurant draws inspiration from all over the world and places it in a Scandinavian context, where the strong team gets to further develop its combined international expertise.
