Yuto Fujimoto will be here at Chenin for a very special edition of Izakaya and Tasting menu mash up !Â
Born in Hokkaido in 2000, Yuto has worked at some of the most prestigious kitchen in his budding career.
Having Started his career in Ichirin Hanare, a 1 star Michelin Chinese restaurant in Tokyo, he has gone on to work at Kadeau in Denmark, Ernst in Berlin and Maison in Paris.Â
Since returning to Japan, he’s working at MAZ, a 2 ichelin star Peruvian restaurant under Virgilio Martinez.

He will be showcasing Japanese-inspired new cuisine with a focus on cooking over fire.
